Preliminary Knowledge:
General secondary education knowledge in the field of social sciences.
Objective:
To master theoretical knowledge and develop practical skills in project management to be able to develop and manage projects.

Assessment
Unaided Work:
1) Definition of the project. 2) Drawing up the plan of project deadlines. 3) Development of the project dependency matrix. 4) Development of the project personnel and funds plan. 5) Development of the financial cost estimate of the project. 6) Project development and presentation.
Assessment Criteria:
For mastering the study course, the student receives a differentiated assessment in a 10-point grading system. To get a positive assessment for the study course, the total assessment should sum up to at least 4. The student receives assessment by summing up the number of points, assessing knowledge, skills and competences in the performance of individual tasks, and also attitude and individual dynamics. The total assessment is summative. Assessment of learning outcomes: Definition of the project; Development of the project dependency matrix; Drawing up the plan of project deadlines; Development of the project personnel and funds plan; Development of the financial cost estimate of the project; Project development and presentation; Attitude.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:1. Will be able to develop a project in the sports environment. 2. Generating and implementing new ideas.
Skills:3. To prepare organisation projects (proposals) to improve sport work in own athletic discipline. 4. To define challenges, see opportunities and solutions in line with objectives set in the study/training process based on data, anticipating changes in the situation, solve them.
Competencies:5. Ability to process data in project development and preparation of proposals for improving sports work. 6. Ability to obtain, analyse and prepare information to identify challenges and to solve innovative challenges using state-of-the-art technologies.
