On Wednesday 13 June at 15:00 an awards ceremony will be held in the Senate Hall honouring the sporting achievements of Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) students - sports teams, athletes and coaches with outstanding achievements this academic year. 

RSU rector Prof. Aigars Pētersons will address the students and express his gratitude to students who have been active during the academic year, by successfully combining studies at RSU with trophy-winning sports activities. Team coaches will also be thanked for motivating students and achieving results that are praiseworthy, popularising RSU as a university that focuses on human sciences and promotes a healthy and active lifestyle.
