About Study Course
Objective
Learn different approaches to ethical problem solving in research, form a reasoned opinion and attitudes in key ethical issues of research.
Prerequisites
No prior knowledge is required to take the course.
Learning outcomes
As a result of studying the study course, students will acquire extensive knowledge in various fields of biomedicine.
They will know the basic requirements of the Declaration of Helsinki, they will be familiar with the documents determining research, define informed consent, interpret ethical arguments and problems used in the context of biomedical research.
Students will be able to evaluate ethical problems in the process of publication of research results, analyse specific cases in research. They will be able to argue and propose innovative solutions to problem situations.
