About Study Course
Objective
To provide knowledge of commercial law and insolvency law regulation, case law and topical matters, to develop skills to prepare and critically evaluate the content of procedural documents on commercial law and insolvency law, to understand interrelations of the institutes of commercial law and insolvency law, to improve competences related to independent acquisition of information, analysis, argumentation, presentation and decision-making.
Prerequisites
General knowledge on the legal system, understanding of the law, knowledge of basic institutes of human rights, skills to interpret legal regulations.
Learning outcomes
Students are able to find and name sources and principles of commercial law and insolvency law, are able to name and arrange in sequence incorporation documents of a commercial company and documents of insolvency proceedings of a legal entity.
Students are able to select, classify, attribute and interpret the data, documents, information necessary for ensuring commercial activity and insolvency proceedings, able to prepare and verify relevant procedural documents, to critically evaluate and argument their opinion.
Students are able to prevent and defend their opinion, critically evaluate information, compare prepared documents, resolve legal casus.
