Inauguration Ceremony for the Rector of Rīga Stradiņš University

The inauguration ceremony for the Rector of Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU), Prof. Aigars Pētersons, will take place on on Thursday, 31 March, 2023 at 15:30. The ceremony will be held in the RSU Great Hall (16 Dzirciema iela).

The Rector is the highest official at RSU according to the RSU Constitution. The Rector manages and represents RSU and is elected by the RSU Constitutional Assembly for a term of five years. One person cannot be elected more than two consecutive times.
