Learning outcomes
• understanding of the concept, meaning and sources of law in which they are contained in the law of administrative penalties
• understanding of the concept of administrative violations
• knowledge of administrative penalties and their application
• knowledge about the process of administrative violations in the institution and court and execution of sentences.
• will be able to identify the elements of an administrative violation and analyze them
• will be able to distinguish significant procedural violations from non-essential ones
• will be able to independently solve legal problems related to the application of administrative penalties.
• analyze and critically evaluate the rulings of institutions and courts in the field of administrative penalties
• independently select and analyze court rulings in the field of administrative violations and make generalizations of court practice.
