Jolanta Dinsberga will defend her doctoral dissertation on 6 December at 15:00 in an open meeting of the RSU Legal Sciences Committee in the Hippocrates lecture-theatre (16 Dzirciema iela) as well as online. Her dissertation is titled 'Genesis of Legal Framework for Servitude of Right of Way: Legal and Practical Aspects of Interests of Dominant and Servient Property Owners'.
