Recapitulation of genomic, transcriptomic and phenotypical characteristics of primary breast tumors in spheroid and organoid 3D cultures in vitro as potential model of personalized medicine

The aim of is to validate capability of spheroid and organoid approaches to retain immunohistochemical markers, genomic features, transcription features and level of hierarchical differentiation of the originating primary breast adenocarcinoma.
