About Study Course
Objective
To learn theoretical knowledge and develop practical skills in the management of education to be able to evaluate the role and place of the teacher in the management of an educational institution, in the management of the study process and to get an idea regarding the management of an educational institution.
Prerequisites
General secondary education.
Learning outcomes
Understands the role of the head of an educational institution, the functions of management, their interrelationships, their relations with resources and the efficiency of the organisation.
Able to independently evaluate the activities of an educational institution and develop the ability to make objective, reasoned decisions to promote operations of the organisation.
To define strategic, tactical and operational plans.
Able to analyse the laws and regulations in the field of education.
