About Study Course
Objective
To provide an opportunity to combine the acquired theoretical knowledge, skills and abilities of managing a sports organization with practical activities, strengthening, supplementing and deepening them.
Prerequisites
Management theory, Sports and fitness marketing, Personnel management, Strategic planning, Sports organization management.
Learning outcomes
Knows: Strategic planning process; management of financial resources; process of building public relations.
Develop and implement operational plans; make financial calculations.
Evaluate the strategic planning process in a sports organization; analyze and evaluate the financial resources necessary for the operation of the organization; think analytically, evaluate the activity of a sports organization, identify problems; plan and organize competitions;
