About Study Course
Objective
To give students the opportunity to realize the need to develop in six areas of life (spiritual, social, emotional, physical, intellectual, professional) and to improve the skills to take responsibility for their personal growth.
Prerequisites
In the 1st year of study, the professional bachelor's program "Sports science" was studied at the level of 4-10 points.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to represent the six-dimensional model of harmonious personality development.
Students will be able to name and recognize five love languages.
Students will be able to describe the main differences between coaching and mentoring.
Students will be able to name five 21st century basic supports of education.
Students will have improved skills in time planning and setting personal goals.
Students will have developed the skills to treat every person as a value, including themselves.
Students will have improved the skills to create respectful communication with other people, perceiving relationships as a value and recognizing a reasonable freedom in the diversity of worldviews.
Improved attitude towards life and life as a value.
Improved abilities to take care of one's health, development of one's personality by making appropriate choices.
