About Study Course
Objective
Acquire knowledge about the importance of physical activity for the physical and mental health of children and adolescents. To introduce with the children and youth fitness trends. To teach to plan and implement age appropriate activities.
Prerequisites
Anatomy, physiology, general age development, basics of pedagogy.
Learning outcomes
During the course students will be able to:
• Create a training program for the child or young person (individual or group) using the example below. The program is made up independently or in pairs.
At the end of the course students will be able to:
• distinguish between the specifics of training children and young people and those of adults,
• choose appropriate training methods and techniques for children and young people,
• justify the need for fitness classes in the daily lives of children and young people.
• to provide fitness training for children and young people individually or in groups.
