Use of artificial intelligence and robots in health care: legal framework and challenges

The aim of the project is to study the legal framework, the most important legal problems, as well as the concepts of liability and safety standards related to robotic technology and the use of artificial intelligence in health care in Latvia as well as to create proposals and to develop a concept for improvement and development of the regulatory framework for robotic technology and artificial intelligence.
