Development of methodology for the use of organoid cultures of normal and malignant mammary tissues as a model system for the study of diagnostic extracellular vesicle biomarkers

The aim of the project is to study the potential extracellular vesicles of the organoids isolated from tissues of breast cancer and high-risk breast cancer patients for further use in identification of low-invasive markers in diagnosis of breast cancer.
