Obtain or renew your password

Riga Stradiņš university (RSU) students can use this self-service to obtain or renew your password. This service is available only for RSU students.

Additional information

A sufficiently complex combination of symbols must be selected as a password. The password must have a length of at least 9 symbols and maximum of 16 symbols. The password must be changed at least every 194 days, and the new password must not be equal to 24 previous passwords.

Principles of creating new password:

• new password cannot contain username, surname or name; 
• the new password must be between 9 and 16 symbols long and contain at least four types of sign:
  • Ccapital letters

  • numbers
