The licensing or sale of intellectual property created as a result of research at RSU is taking place in accordance with Section 39.5 of the Law on Scientific Activity.

- Auction of the Intellectual Property of "Cosmetic product - Cream for Restoring the Skin’s Barrier Function"
Riga Stradiņš University (RSU) is announcing a written auction for the intellectual property of "Cosmetic product - Cream for Restoring the Skin’s Barrier Function" with an upward bidding procedure.
The Object of Auction is an exclusive license for obtaining the right of use of the intellectual property "Cosmetic product - Cream for Restoring the Skin’s Barrier Function" (hereinafter also referred to as Intellectual Property) in relation to the use of the Intellectual Property.

Licence AgreementThe initial price of the Object of Auction
- An initial, fixed payment of a total of 3,000 EUR (three thousand euros, 00 cents) (without VAT), and
- an interest payment of 6% (six per cent) of the Licensee’s net turnover of the Products sold during the year.
Time and place of opening of applications: 7 February 2023 at 11:10 on the MS Teams online platform.
The auction participant whose interest payment for the auctioned object is the highest will be recognised as the winner of the auction.

- Descending-bid intellectual property auction in written form 'Innovative genetic test for determining the causes of infertility Genterf'
The Object of Auction is an exclusive license for obtaining the right of use of the intellectual property – know-how 'Innovative genetic test for determining the causes of infertility “Genterf”' (hereinafter also referred to as “Intellectual Property” or “Genetic Test”) at the same time obtaining an exclusive license for the right of use of the trademark “Genterf” in relation to the use of the Intellectual Property.
The intellectual property was created within the scope of project No. KC-PI-2017/24 Genetic test for determining the causes of infertility of Activity 1.2.1.2 “Support for Improvement of Technology Transfer System” of Specific Objective 1.2.1 “To increase Investments of Private Sector in R&D” of the Operational Programme “Growth and Employment”.

- an initial, fixed payment of a total of 1,000 EUR (one thousand euros and zero cents) excluding VAT, and
interest payment 7 % (seven percent) of the income earned by the Licensee for each sold Genetic Test, excluding VAT.
The auction participant whose interest payment for the auctioned object is the highest will be recognised as the Auction Winner.
