About Study Course
Objective
Give students an in-depth insight of the key challenges of international public law.
Prerequisites
International public law at Bachelor's degree level.
Learning outcomes
Capability of demonstrating in-depth knowledge and understanding of international law, using the latest findings of international law which provide the basis for creative thinking and research.
1. Able to independently use theory, doctrines, methods and problem-solving skills in international law for the purpose of conducting research activities.
2. Able to explain and discuss complex issues of international law in a reasoned way, both with professionals and non-professionals.
3. Able to independently define their specialisation in international law, take responsibility for the legal analysis carried out, conduct research in complex legal cases.
1. Able to define and critically analyse complex problems of international law, as well as to justify own opinion.
2. Able to integrate the knowledge of various fields of law, contribute to the creation of new knowledge in international law, demonstrate understanding of and ethical responsibility for the potential impact of international law on the environment and society.
