About Study Course
Objective
To develop an understanding of project management, techniques, methods, tools, project structure, planning and implementation.
Prerequisites
Management, economics, accounting, business, basics of law
Learning outcomes
The student will be able to: define the project planning stages and describe the activities to be performed within them; to present the theoretical assumptions related to the project planning and implementation; describe projects according to their characteristics and classify project types.
The student will be able to: independently choose the project topic; identify the problem; to perform the analysis of the problem situation and substantiate the problem with arguments; to construct a project structure corresponding to the problem; to plan the activities included in the project; calculate project costs; to list the possible risks for the implementation of the project and to describe the methods for their prevention.
Purposefully link project management with public health and health care by developing realistic project applications for particular needs.
