Bachelor level education.

Knowledge

To develop an idea of social and management psychology as sciences and their practical use in own profession. To deepen knowledge about the most important theories of management psychology.

Skills

To confirm understanding about manifestations of management processes. To confirm in practice the idea about dynamic management processes.

Competence

To foster improvement of abilities and skills of students in the area of management matters, as well as to foster the ability to evaluate management processes within the scope of wider social processes
