| Objective: | To provide general knowledge about malignant tumours, epidemiology, statistics, complaints and symptoms, early diagnosis and screening, and principles of therapy. | ||||||||

| Unaided Work: | To prepare a presentation on topics assigned by the lecturer, individual work with literature. Each student makes a presentation on the assigned topic. Gathers information about the disease, medicines, use thereof, course of the patient’s disease, the patient’s course of life, interprets and justifies the various differential diagnostic possibilities. A written exam at the end of the course to check students’ knowledge on epidemiology of tumours, diagnostics and treatment possibilities. | ||||||||
