Study course description
Preliminary Knowledge:
The study courses Theory of Law, Administrative Law and Law of Administrative Procedure must be studied.
Objective:
The purpose of the study course is to develop students' understanding and basic skills in preparing regulatory and administrative acts, paying special attention to the content, structure, basic principles and legal technique of the act, as well as to promote understanding of the further development of regulatory and administrative acts. Tasks: 1. Expand ideas about legal technique; 2. Describing the creative principles and requirements of regulatory and administrative acts; 3. To delve into the specifics of the further development of regulatory and administrative acts.

The independent work consists of a group project and an analysis of a normative act.
Assessment Criteria:
The evaluation of the study course consists of the prepared normative and administrative act (following the teacher's instructions), its presentation and the justification of one's activity.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:By successfully completing the study course, the student will be familiar with and oriented in the basic principles and requirements of legal technique, will be oriented in the process of development and further development of regulatory and administrative acts.
Skills:After completing the study course, the student will be able to propose a solution in the process of developing regulatory and administrative acts.
Competencies:After completing the study course, the student will be able to analyze and practically prepare regulatory and administrative acts, according to the requirements of legal technique.
