| Preliminary Knowledge: | The study courses Theory of Law, Administrative Law and Law of Administrative Procedure must be studied. | ||||||||
| Objective: | The purpose of the study course is to develop students' understanding and basic skills in preparing regulatory and administrative acts, paying special attention to the content, structure, basic principles and legal technique of the act, as well as to promote understanding of the further development of regulatory and administrative acts. Tasks: 1. Expand ideas about legal technique; 2. Describing the creative principles and requirements of regulatory and administrative acts; 3. To delve into the specifics of the further development of regulatory and administrative acts. | ||||||||
