| Preliminary Knowledge: | Acquired study course: Methodology of scientific research work. | ||||||||
| Objective: | The purpose of the paper development is to create an understanding of research paper development: the application of theoretical knowledge, academic skills and abilities. The development of the study work is advised by the lecturer of the relevant study course who has a master's degree. Tasks: to systematize, strengthen and expand the student's theoretical knowledge and the ability to apply it in solving practical tasks; promote the learning of the skills of written scientific work and the methodology of researching the specific topic (problem) (selection of sources and literature, analysis, critical evaluation, material synthesis, etc.); promote independent work and focus on self-education; help develop skills in the popularization of legal sciences (presenting in front of an audience, arguing and logically defending and justifying one's opinion both orally and in writing, etc.). | ||||||||

To develop the ability to analyze and compare the obtained information, while expressing one's thoughts about the performed analytical work.
