Preliminary Knowledge:
General psychology. Social psychology. Basics of counseling.
Objective:
To provide students with an idea of ​​career theories and learning to use various methods in practice in working with clients in career counseling, personnel selection and professional development.

Assessment
Unaided Work:
1. Create a summary and analysis of career counseling methods. 2. Create an individual career development plan. In order to evaluate the quality of the study course as a whole, the student must fill out the study course evaluation questionnaire on the Student Portal.
Assessment Criteria:
Participation in all lectures and practical classes - 30%; summary of career counseling methods - 30%, creating an individual career development plan - 40%.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:Knows more current theories in career counseling. After completing the course, students will develop an understanding of counseling models and approaches. Will know the most important ethical aspects in the consultant's work. Will be able to name the most important stages of career counseling and applicable methods. Knows how to apply various individual and group counseling methods.
Skills:After successful completion of the course, students: Will be able to apply various career counseling interviews and methods; Will know how to create a career development plan for himself and others; Will be able to analyze and critically evaluate various theories of career development; Will improve personal career management skills.
Competencies:Competence in consulting and career development. Career individual and group counseling skills.
