Preliminary Knowledge: | Social psychology, general psychology, developmental psychology, counseling skills, psychologist's professional activities and ethics. | ||||||||
Objective: | To form a general idea about the science of sports psychology and the psychological aspects and main topics of sports. To promote students' self-understanding and self-reflection. Provides an idea of the factors affecting sports psychology of teams and individual athletes, regularities at different age stages, as well as developing practice methods. | ||||||||
