Preliminary Knowledge:
Basics of public administration.
Objective:
To develop understanding about theoretical aspects and the mechanism of operation of public administration, to obtain skills in the public administration decision-making process and implementation of government communication.

Assessment Criteria:
Participation in seminars (20%). Report – agreeing on the topic with the university lecturer – analysis of latest news in public administration communication (30%). Examination (50%).

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:Students orient themselves profoundly in organisation and basic principles of public administration, understand the nature and current priorities of government communication.
Skills:Students are able to comprehensively analyse functioning of state administration and government communication, using theoretical sources.
Competencies:Students draft and present (at a seminar) a government communication campaign, certifying the possibilities of integrating theoretical knowledge and practical skills in professional activities.
