Preliminary Knowledge: | General Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Biological Basics of Psychology. | ||||||||
Objective: | To develop students' conflict management competence in business communication in problem solving, to enable students to improve their communicative competence for effective promotion of communication process in professional work environment. | ||||||||

Report development and presentation in conflict management processes: professional needs and communication. 3. Conflict analysis and conflict resolution by anticipating the result. 4. Assessment Criteria: | Presentation of conflict management skills. Results of practical work during semester (25%), participation in seminars (25%) and result of examination (written) (50%). | ||||||||
