Preliminary Knowledge:
General Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Biological Basics of Psychology.
Objective:
To develop students' conflict management competence in business communication in problem solving, to enable students to improve their communicative competence for effective promotion of communication process in professional work environment.

Assessment
Unaided Work:
1. To analyse 3 sources of literature from the proposed list of literature, to develop theses for group work and discussion. 2. Report development and presentation in conflict management processes: professional needs and communication. 3. Conflict analysis and conflict resolution by anticipating the result. 4. Implementation of conflict methodology.
Assessment Criteria:
Presentation of conflict management skills. Results of practical work during semester (25%), participation in seminars (25%) and result of examination (written) (50%).

Knowledge:Conflict theory of professional communication implementation, ensuring effective communication and management of communication.
