| Preliminary Knowledge: | The level of knowledge and skills should correspond to the general secondary education standard in sports. | ||||||||
| Objective: | Learning of the methodology of teaching the foundations of handball by promoting raising the level of knowledge and skills of students for teaching athletic disciplines in general education schools in the content of sports classes, in the amount specified in the education standard. | ||||||||

| Unaided Work: | To independently improve knowledge of handball rules and referee signals, to create a classification of handball technique and tactics techniques, development of a training methodical plan-notes and independent work in a gym for improvement of technique methods. | ||||||||

| Knowledge: | 1. Knows the classification of handball technique and tactical methods. 2. Knows the methodology for teaching handball techniques and tactics – teaching methods, study aids, forms of organisation of sports classes. 3. Knows handball game rules and referee signals. 4. Knows the formative, summative assessment type, as well as self-assessment approach in learning handball technique exercises and their performance. | ||||||||
| Skills: | 5. Able to demonstrate handball technique teaching and improvement exercises. 6. Able to plan class notes for using handball exercises, teaching and improvement of technique methods. 7.
