Unaided Work: | To acquire knowledge and skills in documentation, organisation of documents and archive work, know how to handle electronic documents and signatures, use the official e-address, as well as develop correspondence (initiative and answers), as well as personal (CV, motivation/application letter) documents. | ||||||||
Assessment Criteria: | The overall rating is summative: 1st test; 2nd test; Creation of private documents; Creation of an initiative document; Final test. | ||||||||

Knowledge: | 1. knows laws and regulations regulating documenting and work with documents; 2. know the nature and possibilities of use of electronic documents and signatures; 3. knows the basic principles of document and archive management; 4. knows where current regulatory and other information related to record keeping is available. | ||||||||
Skills: | 5. knows how to develop and prepare personal documents; 6. knows how to develop and prepare correspondence documents; 7. knows how to search for the necessary additional information in different sources. | ||||||||
Competencies: | 8. able to comply with the legal requirements for the practical work with documents; 9. able to adapt the content and presentation of the document to the relevant audience or other needs. | ||||||||
