Objective:
To provide the student with knowledge, skills and competencies in organizing competitions, preparing press releases, communication basics and volunteer work.

Unaided Work:
There are three modules in the manager's qualification, each with its own independent work and evaluation, see mandatory literature
Assessment Criteria:
In the manager's qualification, the evaluation criteria are provided for each module separately on a point scale, which are then converted into an evaluation in points, which form the overall evaluation of stusy course, see mandatory literature.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:1. Knows the regulatory framework for organizing sports competitions; 2. Understands the essence, elements and stages of communication, as well as types of communication; 3. Understands the normative regulation and importance of voluntary work in sports.
Skills:1. Know how to design a competition regulation, opening scenario and financing; 2. Know how to develop a press release; 3. Able to participate as a volunteer in a sports event.
Competencies:In his profession, the student uses the competences of drawing up competition rules, estimates, press releases and organizing volunteer work.
