Preliminary Knowledge: | Basic EU law, legal theories, basics of economics. | ||||||||
Objective: | Raise awareness and promote knowledge acquisition of the European Union economic policy and business environment in the context of the development trends of the EU law. | ||||||||

Unaided Work: | Students study the literature – research and analyse, prepare a report, prepare themselves for seminar classes and for the examination. In order to evaluate the quality of the study course as a whole, the student must fill out the study course evaluation questionnaire on the Student Portal. | ||||||||
Assessment Criteria: | Active participation in practical classes (20%); Individual project (30%); Examination (50%). | ||||||||

Learning Outcomes | |||||||||
Knowledge: | Upon successful completion of the study course, students will gain knowledge of the EU economic policy and its impact on the national business environment. The knowledge test will be held during seminars within the framework of group work. | ||||||||
Skills: | Upon successful completion of the study course, students will be able to analyse the EU economic policy, evaluating the EU case-law. Students' skills will be tested during discussions in practical classes. | ||||||||
Competencies: | Upon completion of the course students will be competent to use theoretical knowledge and practical skills for the analysis of various situations. | ||||||||
