Objective:
To help students adapt to their course and the study process in general; to promote the motivation of students as future psychologists for professional development and self-improvement for further education and lifelong learning; to promote students' self-awareness and self-reflection, ability to deal with different communication situations and to work in teem.

Assessment
Unaided Work:
Active participation in classes, independent reading of literature sources. Experience diary - a self-analysis work about the experience in the social-psychological training classes. The student describes what he experienced on each day of the class and analyzes its meaning in the volume of no less than one A4 page, Times New Roman 12. The self-analysis diary must be presented to the teacher and submitted in e-studies. A self-experience diary must meet the requirements to be counted. In order to evaluate the quality of the study course as a whole, the student must fill out the study course evaluation questionnaire on the Student Portal.
Assessment Criteria:
Control test on lecture material-20% Attendance of practical classes, active participation - 40% Creative essay(small group work)-40% Diary of self-experience.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:Students understand the essence of communication, analyse factors influencing communication, understand the importance of social skills in communication with individuals, groups, and teams of professionals.
Skills:In practice, social skills are used and communication skills are applied in cooperation with colleagues; distinguish between effective and ineffective listening; have skills in self-reflection and managing one's emotional state.
Competencies:Apply self-reflection and social skills working independently or in a group/ team. Able to assess the impact of their exposure on others, independently promote the development of their competencies and further professional development.
