Preliminary Knowledge:
Human anatomy and physiology, in accordance with a fitness trainer programme.
Objective:
To give students knowledge and practical skills in the promotion of well-being under the medical Chi Kung "three treasures": In the right breathing, right movement and in the right mindset.

Daily exercises using video recordings and teaching materials.
Assessment Criteria:
Ability to locate asset points to execute a complex exercise and to explain the mechanism of action.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:Students describe human structure and functioning from an Eastern point of view - how the body works, which is life energy, how health is affected by internal and external factors, how to correct physical and mental states.
Skills:Student select the most appropriate active points, movements and breathing exercises in daily life for well-being and health promotion.
Competencies:Ability to update and supplement own and other people's life energy in all conditions without any external use of the funds (medicines, equipment) to live longer and in better quality.
