Knowledge: | Students describe human structure and functioning from an Eastern point of view - how the body works, which is life energy, how health is affected by internal and external factors, how to correct physical and mental states. | ||||||||
Skills: | Student select the most appropriate active points, movements and breathing exercises in daily life for well-being and health promotion. | ||||||||
Competencies: | Ability to update and supplement own and other people's life energy in all conditions without any external use of the funds (medicines, equipment) to live longer and in better quality. | ||||||||
