Preliminary Knowledge: | Basics of Economics (desirable). | ||||||||
Objective: | To learn the theoretical basis of pharmacoeconomics and the practical application of its methods for the economic analysis of medicinal products and the choice of cost-effective and evidence-based drug therapy. To promote students' understanding of basic public health issues and solutions to reduce the economic burden caused by the disease, as well as to promote the development of students' scientific, critical, systematic and analytical thinking. | ||||||||

Unaided Work: | The student independently learns and searches the literature suggested, performs basic evaluation and analysis of data, prepares a comparison of different types of medicinal therapy, performs clinical and economic evaluation, calculates the cost-effectiveness indicators of pharmaceuticals In order to evaluate the quality of the study course as a whole, the student must fill out the study course evaluation questionnaire on the Student Portal. | ||||||||
