Assessment
Unaided Work:
1. Independently consolidate the lecture material by systematically reading the indicated sources. Active participation in lectures and classes of the study course, participating in individual and group work, in accordance with the basic principles of a student-centered approach. 2. Practical work – to perform a written analysis of the video material according to the video analysis stops placed in the e-studios. 3. Applying art (specialization)-based and other evaluation tools, document analysis and conversation, perform an evaluation of one client/patient (using the "Initial evaluation form", "Initial evaluation form for children" available in e-studies), set the therapy goal/- us (hypothesis), prepare a written case analysis and make a case analysis presentation. Requirements for case analysis. Written analysis of a case of art therapy (specialization) according to the given plan: 1) Basic information about the patient: a) age, gender, diagnosis, number of hospitalizations; b) medicinal therapy; c) characteristics of the clinical diagnosis (based on SSK). 2) Evaluation of the patient's functioning: a) difficulties (and symptoms) in the cognitive sphere, emotional sphere, social/behavioural sphere, physical sphere: i. by diagnosis/characteristics of the disorder; ii. according to the specific patient's life history. (b) resources. 3) Art-based assessment (in specialization). 4) Evaluation summary. 5) Proposed hypothesis and goals of art therapy (in specialization): (a) primary purpose; b) secondary objective (according to IFC); (c) Tertiary objective (if applicable). The case analysis must be submitted in e-studies, following the instructions of the lecturer and the submission deadline. 4. For the exam – a written test on the evaluation principles and processes in art therapy. In order to evaluate the quality of the study course as a whole, the student must fill out the study course evaluation questionnaire on the Student Portal.
Assessment Criteria:
1. Independent, systematic study of the indicated sources and literature. Active participation in lectures and seminars. 0 points - less than 3 lectures and 3 classes have been attended, and involvement in practical tasks and reflections is not observed. 1 point – at least 3 lectures and 3 classes have been attended, and there was not enough active involvement in practical tasks and reflections. 2 points – all lectures and classes have been attended, and active involvement in practical tasks and reflections has been observed. 2. Practical work – to perform a written analysis of the video material according to the video analysis stops placed in the e-studios. Passed - the work has been sent to the specified e-mail at the specified time, completed in accordance with the video analysis stops specified in the e-studies Failed – the work was not sent to the specified e-mail or the work was not sent at the specified time, or the video analysis stops specified in e-studies are not recognized in the work. 3. Applying art (specialization)-based and other evaluation tools, document analysis and conversation, perform an evaluation of one client/patient (using the "Initial evaluation form", "Initial evaluation form for children" available in e-studies), set the therapy goal/- us (hypothesis), prepare a written case analysis and create a PPT presentation and make a case analysis presentation, including the master's student's self-reflection on the evaluation process as a whole. (50%) The case analysis must be submitted in e-studies, following the instructions of the lecturer and the submission deadline. The case presentation must be defended orally at the time specified by the lecturer. Case analysis evaluation criteria: Description of the situation - it is possible to get 1 point; Socio-psychological characteristics - it is possible to get 1 point; Characteristics of difficulty - it is possible to get 2 points; Evaluation in the context of specialization – it is possible to get 3 points; Evaluation summary - it is possible to get 2 points; Making a hypothesis, goal(s) - possible to get 3 points; The PPT presentation fully reflects the content of the case analysis, the student is fluent in its content and it is presented perfectly - it is possible to get 4 points; Student's self-reflection - it is possible to get 2 points. It is possible to get a total of 20 points, which are equivalent to the following ratings on a 10-point scale: 20 points – grade 10 19 points – grade 9 17 - 18 points - grade 8 14 - 16 points - grade 7 12 – 13 points – grade 6 10 – 11 points – grade 5 7 – 9 points – grade 4 4 – 6 points – grade 3 1 – 3 points – grade 2 In the event that the student does not submit the written case analysis within the specified time, one time of its defense is lost. 4. Written test on evaluation principles and processes in art therapy (50%). The test is conducted online for all students at the same time in order to respect the principle of academic integrity. The time allotted for the test is 30 minutes. In the test, all questions go in order, i.e. it is not possible to return to previously unanswered questions. The test may be taken once. The test results are interpreted under RSU Study Regulations I.
