The final conference Common Strategy on Research of ME/CFS will take place on 12-13 March 2020 at Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU). The conference is part of the COST Action project European Network on Myalgic Encephalomyelitys/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome(EUROMENE, No CA15111).
COST Action CA15111 has established a European network of researchers from 22 countries working on different aspects of Myalgic Encephalomyelitys/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS). The main findings of the work carried out within the network and recent advances and future perspectives in the field will be presented at the final conference as well as scientific knowledge on ME/CFS disseminated and exchanged, thus providing opportunities to expand collaboration.
The scientific programme will cover the research agenda of COST Action CA15111 and the sessions will reflect on the Working Group topics: ME/CFS epidemiology, ME/CFS biomarkers, ME/CFS socio-economics, and ME/CFS clinical research.
The conference is open to the scientific community, medical practitioners, patient organisations, stakeholders and students. Everyone is welcome to attend the guest lectures and sessions.
We invite participants to submit their abstracts for oral or poster presentations relevant to the research agenda of EUROMENE and related topics until 30 January 2020. Researchers at an early stage are especially encouraged to attend and present their work.
