On February 17 at 16:15, Guðlaugur Þór Þórðarson, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iceland, will be giving a guest lecture at Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) on sustainable development opportunities in the Arctic.
European Studies students and lecturers as well as members of other faculties are welcome to the guest lecture.
The lecture is organised in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia.
