On 11 February Prof. Tatsuo Araki will host a guest lecture on Gymnastics for All at Riga Stradiņš University (RSU). Prof. Araki is an academic member of Nippon Sport Science University (NSSU) in Tokyo and the Manager of the NSSU International Centre.
Tatsuo Araki is a professor at Tokyo's Nippon Sport Science University, the President of the International Gymnastics Federation and the Japanese gymnastics association Gymnastics for All (GfA). He is committed to spreading GfA internationally and he organises workshops and gymnastics events in many countries every year, as well as programmes for the elderly people. The main goal of GfA is health and safety and the theme of this concept is “Everyone, anywhere, feel free, fun and easy exercise!”
