RSU Research Week will be opened on 24 March by RSU Rector and RW2025 President Prof. Aigars Pētersons and President of the Republic of Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs. Speeches will also be delivered by RSU Vice-Rector for Science Agrita Kiopa and Member of the European Parliament, LU Assoc. Prof. Ivars Ijabs.
Next, inspirational experts will address the audience, including Dr Bertalan Meskó, Director of The Medical Futurist Institute, Prof. Romain Meeusen from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and Prof. Susan Michie, Director of the Centre for Behaviour Change at University College London.
