RSU Department of Sports and Nutrition invites everyone interested to a guest lecture: Nudging – a chance for healthy food choices. The lecture will take place on 6 April via Zoom (in English).
Every day we make countless decisions related to food choices, and many of these decisions are made unconsciously. The so-called 'Nudging method' facilitates our decision-making process. This method is widely used in many areas, including in the promotion of healthier eating habits.
In the lecture you will learn about what Nudging stands for, what principles should be followed in using this method, what scientific discoveries have been made so far in the context of nutrition and healthy food choices.
Guest lecturers: Prof. Sibylle Adams and Prof. Anja Carlsohn from the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.

The guest lecture is organised within the project Cooperation Seminar with German and Lithuanian partner organisations on the use of the 'Nudging method'.
