Initials for engraving on the ring

The maximum amount of symbols allowed is 4, including letters, punctuation marks etc. The addition of extra symbols raises the price by 5 EUR.

The rings take about 4 weeks to create. We will contact you by email or phone when your ring is ready.

You will be able to pick up your ring at the RSU gift shop with your ID, or student ID.

If you want the ring delivered to your address, you must cover the cost of the the courier service.

What personal data can be processed?

1) Name, surname, e-mail, phone number, member status of the RSU Alumni Association, study programme – for placing order, as well as for communicating with the person.

Legal basis for personal data processing: Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Personal data importer: University employees and the Service Provider.

Right of complaint to the supervisory authority

The University ensures that requirements for data processing and protection will be fulfilled in accordance with regulatory enactments, and in case of objections will take useful actions to resolve the objection.
