Application for Open University

In order to ensure proper processing of Open University students’ data, please be informed that:

By entering your personal data in the application form, you agree to the processing and storage of the provided personal data (name, surname, personal ID number, e-mail address, phone number, education level and field) necessary for the administration of the selected study course, i.e. the particular study course indicated in the application form, among other things;

2. Registration for a study course and participation in its activities may involve the processing of your personal data – name, surname, photography, voice and/or video recordings. Your personal data may be used to pursue the legitimate objectives of Rīga Stradiņš University – i.e. disclosure of the study course indicated in your application form for marketing and communication activities (including development of materials and posting on social media) and for the purpose of recording the study course, if foreseen for the particular study course.
By registering for a specific study course and by participating in its activities, you consent to the processing of the aforementioned personal data for the given purpose. The consent will remain in effect until revoked.
