RSU Health Tech Hackathon
RSU Health Tech Hackathon - an event you don't want to miss out on!
Get ready, because on OCTOBER 23 and 24 we are going to come together (remotely due to epidemiological situation) to develop ideas, get inspired by others and spend 24 hours with the coolest people! This amazing event is organized by RSU Student Union in collaboration with RSU business incubator, RSU Alumni Association and EIT Health.
During the event participants will brainstorm ideas on how to develop digital solutions for problems in the health industry. Don’t worry if you’ve never dealt with technologies, startups or don’t have technical and clinical knowledge, you just need passion and enthusiasm about the potential of affecting hospital-related problems. Maybe you will get the chance to present your idea in the Europe-wide finals!
The winning teams (5 persons in one team) will receive:
- 700 EUR for the third place
- 800 EUR for the second place
- And 1000 EUR for the first place!
Additionally, there are going to be special prizes from EIT Health and other partners.
First place winners from all around the European Union will participate in the iDays finals from November 23rd to December 5th, where the participants will have opportunities to take part in vebinars, workshops and networking events. Winners of the finals will get even more prizes from EIT Health!
(You need to choose 1 ticket in the field next to Rīga Stradiņš University and then click on “register” button. You can also participate in other countries iDays, but each person can only take part in a single hackathon event.)
