Preliminary Knowledge: | Prior knowledge of criminal law, civil law and administrative law. | ||||||||
Objective: | The purpose of the practice is to strengthen, deepen and test the theoretical knowledge acquired during the study process, mainly in the field of criminal law, civil law and administrative law sciences, acquiring the necessary skills and competences included in the standard of the legal profession | ||||||||
Assessment | |||||||||
Unaided Work: | Thoroughly familiarize themselves with the placement programme and its requirements, follow the recommendations of the placement supervisor and the managers of the placement institution (officials); conscientiously carry out placement tasks; strictly follow the labour discipline and internal codes of practice; not to disclose information that is not subject to disclosure by law (limited accessibility, service, etc.). The course of the placement has to be reflected in the placement log book, where it is necessary to record the most important activities that have been carried out on a weekly basis. | ||||||||
Assessment Criteria: | The internship report must be submitted to the faculty within two weeks on the e-study website after the end of each internship, separately for each field. In order to obtain a successful evaluation of the internship, the students must obtain: a successful evaluation at the internship site of the internship manager. A report must be submitted to the faculty in a sealed envelope. Successfully resolve weddings related to the relevant branch of law. Successfully defend the internship report (orally). | ||||||||

Skills: | 1. independently develop drafts of legal acts and other legal documents corresponding to the specifics (functions) of the institution/organization's operation; 2. determine the rights and obligations of the involved persons in a specific situation; 3. the ability to solve medium difficulty and complex individual practical tasks; 4. take responsibility and express initiative when completing practice tasks. | ||||||||
Competencies: | 1. independently formulates and analyses legal problems, analyses the effectiveness of the institution / organization and justifies decisions; 2. plans the works to be performed in the institution / organization and evaluates the quality of their execution; 3. demonstrates understanding and responsibility for the possible impact of his activity on the institution / organization and society as a whole. | ||||||||
