Assessment
Unaided Work:
Independent preparation of written works according to the topics given in the lessons and set requirements, independent study of the indicated legal literature and practice materials. Preparation of the presentation according to the teacher's instructions on the chosen topic.
Assessment Criteria:
• successful participation in at least two seminar classes • successfully completed all written assignments (25% of the final grade) • Final exam (25% of the final grade) • successfully passed written exam (50% of the final grade) The evaluation of the seminar is not counted if the student does not understand the basic questions of the relevant topic. Intermediate tests, written papers and the exam are evaluated in a 10-point system in accordance with the evaluation criteria defined in the national academic education standard.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:• understanding of the concept, meaning and sources of law in which they are contained in the law of administrative penalties • understanding of the concept of administrative violations • knowledge of administrative penalties and their application • knowledge about the process of administrative violations in the institution and court and execution of sentences.
Skills:• will be able to identify the elements of an administrative violation and analyze them • will be able to distinguish significant procedural violations from non-essential ones • will be able to independently solve legal problems related to the application of administrative penalties.
Competencies:• analyze and critically evaluate the rulings of institutions and courts in the field of administrative penalties • independently select and analyze court rulings in the field of administrative violations and make generalizations of court practice.
