Preliminary Knowledge: | The level of knowledge, skills and abilities required to start didactic studies of volleyball must meet the requirements of general education school sport standard. | ||||||||
Objective: | Students’ theoretical knowledge and practical skills in teaching volleyball techniques, organising competitions and judging. Ability to lead volleyball classes in the scope of the general education school sports standard. | ||||||||

Unaided Work: | Students prepare for leading a practical class by self-learning, preparation of notes. Mastering of elements of technique. Participation in a volleyball tournament and its organisation. | ||||||||

Learning Outcomes | |||||||||
Knowledge: | 1. In his/her professional field of activity, is able to use the foundations, methodologies and practical approaches of use of theoretical concepts of volleyball teaching didactics, evaluate and use the forms and tools for teaching different content. 2. To demonstrate a methodology and understanding of the views in the field of sports theory appropriate to the teaching of sports classes. | ||||||||
Skills: | 3. To use the principles and considerations of modern contemporary pedagogy and other sciences. 4. To develop an active and positive attitude towards education, as well as volleyball and other sports classes. 5. In accordance with the assigned tasks, to choose and use adequate physical education methods and tools. | ||||||||
Competencies: | 6. Will be able to use transversal skills. 7. Will be able to conduct group classes; 8. Will be able to control a group and find passion for sport. | ||||||||
