Objective:
To provide an opportunity to combine the acquired theoretical knowledge, skills and abilities of sports organization management and marketing with practical activities, strengthening, supplementing and deepening them.

Assessment
Unaided Work:
The internship is evaluated by the LSPA internship manager on a 10-point scale. In order to receive a positive evaluation for the study course, the overall evaluation must correspond to at least 4 points. 10 points are awarded if the completed tasks exceed those specified in the Program. The student receives an evaluation in points by summing up the set number of points, evaluating knowledge, skills and competences in the execution of program tasks, attitude and dynamics of individual development.

The mission of the organization. Goals and objectives of the organization. 2 2. Structure of the organization's management system: Using literature sources (at least 2), describe the management function, which includes organizing the organization - creating a management system. In accordance with the organization's statutes or regulations, create a theoretical model (picture) of the organization's management system. Describe the competence of system elements 5 3. Work with personnel: Using literary sources (primary sources), describe what methods are used in work with personnel. Obtain, collect and analyze information about the number of personnel of the organization, gender, age, education of sports specialists. Describe the duties and rights of leading employees and sports specialists. Describe what methods are used in the organization in working with personnel. Evaluate the compliance of the personnel of the organization 5 4. Organization's marketing management process: Using literature sources (at least 2), explain what marketing is. Practice organizations: market segment; services, additional services; price of services, price policy; place of service provision, its characteristics; promotion of services in the market, assessment 5 5. Organization of sports events: Using legislation, describe what a sports competition is, what the organizer of a sports competition should know and do. List the participation in the organization or management of a competition, give an assessment of your work in the organization of the competition as a whole. 4 6. Self-assessment of practice tasks. List the main duties and tasks that were assigned during the internship. Evaluate how they were implemented. Learning Outcomes

Skills:Will be able to independently organize sports competitions.
