To master theoretical knowledge and develop practical skills in educational project management to be able to develop and manage projects.

Project definition – 3 points: 1 point – the project has been defined incompletely and has not been prepared in accordance with the requirements. 2 points – the project has been defined qualitatively, but has not been prepared in accordance with the requirements. 3 points – the project has been defined qualitatively and has not been prepared in accordance with the requirements. Development of the project dependency matrix – 3 points: 1 point – the dependency matrix has been developed incompletely and has not been prepared in accordance with the requirements. 2 points – the dependency matrix has been developed qualitatively, but has not been prepared in accordance with the requirements. 3 points – the dependency matrix has been developed qualitatively and has not been prepared in accordance with the requirements. Development of the plan of project deadlines – 5 points: 3 point – the plan of deadlines has been developed incompletely and has not been prepared in accordance with the requirements. 4 points – the plan of deadlines has been developed qualitatively, but has not been prepared in accordance with the requirements. 5 points – the plan of deadlines has been developed qualitatively and has not been prepared in accordance with the requirements.
