Objective:
To improve practical knowledge and skills previously acquired in studies. Work with patients of different age groups and pathologies in the assessment, analysis and prevention of functional abilities.

Assessment
Unaided Work:
Filling the physiotherapy protocols, preparation for seminars, and presentations of clinical cases, work with informative sources.
Assessment Criteria:
Selection and application of physiotherapeutic examination methods, analysis and interpretation of the obtained data, planning and implementation of therapy appropriate to the situation. Professional communication with the patient and his relatives. Ability to plan own work, ability to communicate with colleagues and join teamwork. Completion of practice documentation.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:As a result of the study course students will supplement knowledge, develop understanding of how to perform physiotherapeutic examination of patients, analysis of results, goal setting, selection of appropriate physiotherapy techniques and methods and exercise program for patients of different ages and pathologies, how to cooperate with other rehabilitation professionals and patient relatives.
Skills:As a result of the study course students will be able to perform physiotherapeutic examination of patients, create a therapy program, apply various previously acquired physiotherapy techniques and treatment methods, evaluate and analyze treatment results and change the exercise program and treatment methods to ensure optimal results in preventing functional disorders in cooperation with rehabilitation professionals and patient relatives.
Competencies:At the end of the clinical placement, the student will be able to better assess a person's physical and functional condition in practice, using muscle functional tests, posture and gait analysis. Will be able to analyze various reasons for restrictions on movement and posture control. Will be able to conclude about the possible reasons for changes in posture and gait. Based on the results of functional tests and their interpretation, will be able to develop a physiotherapy program. The student will be able to justify the choice of physiotherapy technologies and evaluate the contraindications to their performance for a particular patient; will be able to justify the choice and sequence of therapeutic measures, analyze the results of treatment and change the measures, if necessary, to improve the functional condition of patients.
