Assessment
Unaided Work:
Acquisition of theoretical and practical skills in conducting a group concept lesson. Technical execution of exercises in group concept lesson "VERVE". Theoretical part – leadership skills, improvement of communication with the gymnast.
Assessment Criteria:
Test method: Testing and assessment of practical skills – conducting VERVE fragments of a lesson. Correct execution of exercise technique.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:As a result of the study course completion students will be able to: • Understand the principles of group concept classes. • Describe different group activities, their specifics and application possibilities for people with different physical preparedness. • Apply music while performing exercises. • Form the team base for conducting group work. • Understand the basic principles of successful communication with a group of gymnasts.
Skills:• Complete group exercise VERVE exercises and be able to adapt them to different physical preparedness. • Conduct group concept classes.
Competencies:Ability to plan, organize, and conduct safe and effective concept training sessions based on client capabilities.
