Preliminary Knowledge:
Anatomy, sports physiology, biochemistry, basics of health sports, kinesiology.
Objective:
To acquire the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for fitness trainers about exercises with free resistance and the conditions of their application in the free weights and functional area.

Assessment
Unaided Work:
Independently learns various course topics according to the literature sources specified by the lecturer. Develops and executes an individual training program to increase one's physical fitness. Develops a strength training program appropriate to the client's age, gender, physical fitness and goals.
Assessment Criteria:
1.Independent work - Arranging individual exercises in sequence, demonstrating them - 15% 2.Independent work - preparation and demonstration of a training fragment (the topic is determined by the teacher) - 15% 3.Final test - conducting the lesson 3 parts (introduction, main part, conclusion ) - 70% *The test can be taken if all practical classes have been attended and independent work has been completed.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:Knowledge and understanding of various power trainers, exercises with free weights and dumbbells, exercises using your own body weight and the possibilities of using various exercises to increase strength and muscle mass, strengthen the support and movement system, improve health, prevent injuries and various diseases.
Skills:Will know how to use any strength machines, adjust the machines according to the height of the client, show the correct exercise technique with the machines, free weights and dumbbells to strengthen health and achieve the goals desired by the client.
Competencies:You will be able to draw up training programs for increasing strength and muscle mass, improving body composition, and lead classes using various trainers and exercises with your own body weight, free weights and dumbbells.
